Uji Skrining Metode Immunochromatographic Test Biocare Terhadap Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Sebagai Standar Acuan pada Pemeriksaan Sifilis Darah Pendonor di PMI Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2026

Sifilis merupakan salah satu infeksi menular lewat transfusi darah yang dapat ditularkan melalui transfusi darah apabila tidak terdeteksi pada proses skrining donor. Immunochromatographic test masih digunakan sebagai metode skrining karena cepat, sederhana, dan ekonomis, namun kemampuan diagnostiknya dibandingkan Chemiluminescence immunoassay sebagai standar acuan perlu dievaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja diagnostik ICT Biocare terhadap CLIA pada pemeriksaan sifilis darah pendonor di PMI Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain uji diagnostik cross-sectional dilakukan terhadap 100 sampel serum pendonor yang dipilih menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan tabel kontingensi 2×2 untuk menentukan sensitivitas, spesifisitas, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, dan akurasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 25 ketidaksesuaian antara ICT dan CLIA, terdiri atas 24 kasus false negative dan 1 kasus false positive. ICT Biocare memiliki sensitivitas 52%, spesifisitas 98%, PPV 96,3%, NPV 67,1%, dan akurasi 75%. ICT Biocare memiliki spesifisitas yang tinggi, tetapi sensitivitasnya relatif rendah dibandingkan CLIA sehingga masih berpotensi menghasilkan hasil negatif palsu. Oleh karena itu, CLIA lebih direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan keamanan transfusi darah dan meminimalkan risiko lolosnya darah donor yang terinfeksi sifilis.
