Pengembangan dan Evaluasi Aplikasi GATOT SCOLI-CARE untuk Monitoring Kepatuhan Brace dan Luaran Klinis pada Remaja dengan Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis

Abstrak

Kepatuhan penggunaan brace merupakan faktor penting dalam terapi konservatif Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS), namun pemantauannya masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterlibatan pasien yang terbatas dan belum optimalnya monitoring berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi penggunaan aplikasi GATOT SCOLI-CARE sebagai media monitoring digital terapi brace pada pasien AIS. Penelitian menggunakan desain prospektif terkontrol dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest control group design pada 30 pasien AIS yang terbagi menjadi kelompok intervensi (n=15) menggunakan aplikasi dan kelompok kontrol (n=15) dengan pemantauan konvensional selama tiga bulan. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi kepatuhan penggunaan brace, perubahan tinggi badan, dan perubahan Cobb angle. Aplikasi GATOT SCOLI-CARE menunjukkan validitas ahli sebesar 92,8%, skor System Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 86,4 ± 5,8, dan tingkat penerimaan pengguna (User Acceptance Test) sebesar 92,2%. Kepatuhan penggunaan brace pada kelompok intervensi sebesar 84,6%, dibandingkan 68,4% pada kelompok kontrol. Kelompok intervensi menunjukkan perubahan Cobb angle yang lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (−5,53° vs −4,27°; p=0,010), sedangkan perubahan tinggi badan tidak menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna. Analisis effect size menunjukkan efek besar terhadap perubahan Cobb angle (Cohen’s d=1,02). Penggunaan GATOT SCOLI-CARE berasosiasi dengan keterlibatan pasien yang lebih baik dalam monitoring kepatuhan terapi brace dan berpotensi mendukung pemantauan klinis AIS.
