Abstract

Daun pulutan (Urena lobata Linn) merupakan salah satu jenis tumbuhan yang sudah sejak lama dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai obat untuk berbagai macam penyakit. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui komponen senyawa aktif yang terdapat di dalam ekstrak etanol daun pulutan dengan menggunakan GC-MS. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol 50% daun pulutan mengandung 6 senyawa yang didominasi oleh n-Hexadecanoic acid dan Stigmasta-3,5-diene. Sedangkan ekstrak etanol 70% terdapat 18 senyawa yang didominasi oleh 4h-pyran-4-one, 2,3-dihydro-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl-, 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol, phenol, 2,6-dimethoxy-, dann-hexadecanoic acid.
