Tren Konsumsi Obat Kardiovaskular di Komunitas di Surabaya Timur Selama Tahun 2020-2022: Studi Farmakoepidemiologi Deskriptif

Abstract

Tren konsumsi obat kardiovaskular pada populasi di Indonesia masih belum banyak diketahui. Data ini sangat penting untuk mengidentifikasi potensi masalah pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit kardiovaskular. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis tren konsumsi obat kardiovaskular selama tahun 2020–2022 di komunitas di Surabaya Timur. Desain penelitian adalah farmakoepidemiologi deskriptif menggunakan database penjualan obat kardiovaskular di apotek. Rata-rata kunjungan pasien rawat jalan (KPRJ) adalah 132.547 per tahun. Volume konsumsi dihitung menggunakan Anatomical Therapeutic Classification/Defined Daily Dose (ATC/DDD) World Health Organization (WHO). Konsumsi total seluruh obat kardiovaskular di komunitas menunjukkan tren peningkatan signifikan secara statistik dari 923,12 DDD/100.000 KPRJ/hari pada tahun 2020 menjadi 1935,52 DDD/100.000 KPRJ/hari pada tahun 2022 (p < 0,001) dengan laju pertumbuhan per tahun sebesar 27,99%. Agents acting on the renin-angiotensin system dan amlodipine adalah kontributor utama bagi total konsumsi obat kardiovaskular setiap tahun. Dibutuhkan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait optimalisasi pengendalian faktor risiko dan keamanan penggunaan obat kardiovaskular risiko tinggi di komunitas.
