Abstract

Telah dilakukan pengujian skrining fitokimia dengan tujuan mendeteksi senyawa metabolit sekunder pada beberapa tumbuhan, yakni batang Brotowali (Tinospora crispa), daun Jambu biji (Psidium guajava), kulit buah Manggis (Garcinia mangostana), buah Pare (Momordica charantia), daun Pepaya (Carica papaya), kulit batang Pulai sari (Alstonia scholaris) daun Sirsak (Annona muricata). Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa tiap sampel tumbuhan tersebut mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder yang berpotensi sebagai senyawa antimalaria.
