Abstract

Penggunaan obat untuk gangguan pada kulit berupa alergi maupun infeksi memerlukan instruksi khusus. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk membahas asuhan kefarmasian yang tepat untuk beberapa kasus penggunaan obat penyakit kulit. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode prospektif pada pelayanan kefarmasian di beberapa apotek di Samarinda. Perijinan pengambilan data berdasarkan perjanjian kerjasama antara Fakultas Farmasi Unmul dengan apotek. Didapatkan hasil bahwa asuhan kefarmasian pada kondisi alergi dan infeksi kulit perlu disampaikan oleh apoteker dan dipahami oleh pasien, sehingga terapi bisa maksimal. Kesembuhan keluhan pasien menuntut kepatuhan penggunaan obat. Beberapa kendala pengaplikasian sediaan untuk kulit perlu diantisipasi supaya tepat dosis. Batas waktu penggunaan obat menjadi bagian asuhan kefarmasian yang penting. Dengan demikian, asuhan kefarmasian yang tepat dapat memaksimalkan terapi kulit.
