Abstract

Dua senyawa alkaloid furokuinolin, diktammin (1) dan skimmianin (2) telah berhasil diisolasi dari kulit batang Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC. Penentuan struktur kedua senyawa alkaloid ditetapkan berdasarkan analisis spektrum UV, IR, MS,1D dan 2D NMR. Uji aktivitasantikanker senyawa 1–2 terhadap sel murine leukemia P-388 memperlihatkan nilai IC 50 10,41 dan 4,85 μg/ml.
