Abstract

Dua senyawa turunan kuersetin, pakipodol (1) dan ayanin (2) telah diisolasi dari kulit batang Melicope quercifolia (B.S. William) Ridl. Struktur kedua senyawa turunan kuersetin ditetapkan berdasarkan analisis spektroskopi UV, IR, MS dan NMR. Uji aktivitas antioksidan senyawa 1–2 terhadap radikal DPPH memperlihatkan IC50 254 ± 10 dan 38,55 ± 0,02 μg/mL.
