Abstrak

Mual dan muntah mempengaruhi sampai >50% kehamilan. Hiperemesis gravidarum adalah muntah yang terjadi pada awal kehamilan sampai umur kehamilan 20 minggu. Angka kejadian hiperemesis gravidarum di Indonesia masih cukup banyak. Penyebab penyakit ini belum dapat diketahui secara pasti, tetapi diperkirakan erat kaitannya dengan hormon tiroid, infeksi Helicobacter pylori, dan psikologis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literature review. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan psikologis terhadap kejadian hiperemesis gravidarum. Literature review ini dilakukan dengan pencarian studi pada database atau search engine yang dapat diakses seperti Google Scholar, Harzing’s Publish, dan Pubmed. Tahun publikasi dibatasi dari tahun 2016-2021 dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Dari hasil pencarian studi diperoleh 27 studi dari jurnal Internasional dan Regional yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 654.363 wanita hamil yang terbagi menjadi kelompok kasus dan kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan psikologis berhubungan dengan kejadian hiperemesis gravidarum (96,3%). Disimpulkan bahwa faktor psikologis berhubungan dengan kejadian hiperemesis gravidarum.
