Abstrak

Pasien Infark Miokard akut dengan Elevasi Segmen ST (IMA-EST) perlu diberikan terapi reperfusi dengan fibrinolitik atau IKPP (Intervensi Koroner Perkutan Primer), untuk mencegah kerusakan miokard jantung yang lebih lanjut. Saat ini IKPP merupakan pilihan terapi utama pada pasien IMA-EST, tetapi tidak semua fasilitas kesehatan memiliki fasilitas tersebut. Sehingga, fibrinolitik dapat menjadi terapi reperfusi pilihan pada pasien IMA- -EST dapat mempengaruhi fungsi jantung, sehingga pemeriksaan Nilai LVEF (Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction) dapat digunakan untuk menilai fungsi sistolik jantung yang dapat mempengaruhi prognosis pasien IMA-EST. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan nilai LVEF antara pasien IMA-EST yang menjalani terapi reperfusi dengan fibrinolitik dan IKPP di RSUD Abdul Wahab Sajahranie Samarinda. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien IMA-EST yang menjalani terapi reperfusi dengan fibrinolitik dan IKPP di RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda periode 2018-2019. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling, dengan sumber data berasal dari rekam medis pasien. Nilai LVEF diperiksa menggunakan ekokardiografi transtorakal, dan analisis perbedaan nilai LVEF pada kelompok pasien fibrinolitik dan IKPP menggunakan uji Independent T-Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan nilai LVEF pasien IMA-EST yang menjalani terapi reperfusi dengan Fibrinolitik dan IKPP(Fibrinolitik 51,37±12,254%, IKPP 56,47±11,98%; p = 0,103 (p > 0,05)).
