Abstrak

Periprocedural myocardial injury adalah salah satu komplikasi setelah intervensi koroner perkutan elektif yang sering terjadi, dan memiliki hubungan dengan peningkatan mortalitas. Beberapa faktor risiko telah dikaitkan dengan kejadian periprocedural myocardial injury. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor risiko periprocedural myocardial injury yang terbagi menjadi faktor risiko terkait pasien, lesi dan prosedur. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain penelitian cohort prospectif dan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling pada bulan Maret-Oktober 2019. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sampel yang mengalami periprocedural myocardial injury sebanyak 31,6%. Adapun gambaran faktor risiko pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasien dengan diabetes melitus tipe-2 lebih sering mengalami periprocedural myocardial injury. Adapun untuk faktor risiko lainnya, tidak didapatkan proporsi periprocedural myocardial injury yang lebih besar dari proporsi non-periprocedural myocardial injury pada pasien dengan faktor risiko tersebut. Namun, didapatkan peningkatan proporsi kejadian periprocedural myocardial injury seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah arteri koroner yang memiliki lesi aterosklerosis.
