Abstract

Pengemudi becak cenderung memilik tingkat ekonomi yang rendah dan merokok merupakan suatu kebiasaan sosial yang sangat berisiko mengalami gangguan fungsi paru, namun juga tergolong memiliki aktivitas fisik rutin dilakukan saat mengayuh becak. Tujuan penelitian ini hendak mengetahui aktifitas fisik dan risiko PPOK dari nilai fungsi paru pada pengemudi becak di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini berupa desain penelitian cross-sectional pada bulan Maret-Desember 2018. Lokasi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berada di sekitar wilayah Surabaya. Variabel penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi: gangguan fungsi paru dengan pengukuran spirometri dan aktivitas fisik dengan kuesioner International Physical Activity Questionnare (IPAQ). Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Responden dalam penelitian ini seluruhnya adalah laki-laki berjumlah 188 orang. Sebagian besar responden memiliki gangguan fungsi paru sedang sebesar 82,45%. Responden dengan gangguan fungsi paru memiliki profil aktivitas fisik tinggi sebesar 1 orang (0,61%); profil aktivitas fisik sedang sebesar 155 orang (95,09%) dan dan profil aktivitas fisik rendah sebesar 7 orang (4,29%). Responden dengan non gangguan fungsi paru memiliki profil aktivitas fisik sedang sebesar 25 orang (100%). Oleh karena itu, perlu penelitian lebih lanjut factor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penurunan fungsi paru dari pengemudi becak selain aktivitas fisik.
